Online & In Person
Welcome to our private therapy practice. We offer thoughtful, compassionate psychological support for children, young people, and adults.
Whatever brings you here, you will be met with care, curiosity, and professionalism.
"You do not need to have the right words. You do not need a diagnosis. You just need a place to begin."
Our practice was created to offer therapy that feels human, safe, and genuinely supportive. We believe therapy should not feel rushed, judgmental, or overly medical.
We work with individuals from a wide range of backgrounds. Many of our clients are high functioning professionals, carers, and students who appear to cope well on the outside while struggling internally.
We can offer short term and open ended therapy. Our services are in-person currently in Buckinghamshire & Berkshire as well as online Globally.
We are a team of experienced therapists with different areas of expertise. This allows us to carefully match clients with a therapist whose skills and approach best fit their needs.
Our team includes therapists who specialise in trauma, eating disorders, neurodivergence, and complex emotional difficulties. While each therapist brings their own style and specialisms, we share a commitment to ethical practice and high quality care.
We offer integrative therapy. This means we do not use a one size fits all approach.
